At Ride and Care, we take the process of assigning drivers and allocating resources seriously when you book a trip with us. As a result, we have a strict policy for cancellations and refunds which is as follows:
- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice from the scheduled trip time are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip will receive a 50% refund.
- Once the driver has begun the journey or is on site for the scheduled transport, the entire trip becomes non-refundable.
